DAVID B. NORDING 500 E-CYT

About your teacher
David has been teaching yoga classes, trainings, workshops and retreats in Canada, Cuba and Europe since 1998. With over 25 years of experience, he will guide you through this program with passion, knowledge and expertise.
In the mid-1990s, David first saw yoga as a natural complement to his dance career and was amazed by the remarkable results of serious, precise and focused training. After suffering a serious back injury in 2005, he turned his back on dance to explore the therapeutic effects of yoga. David first studied vinyasa yoga with Kate Potter in Vancouver, then continued his studies with Hart Lazer in 2007, after moving to Montreal in 2001. He took a yoga therapy course at Mount Royal University, Calgary, and wrote a manual for the yoga teacher training program. David is currently training in Somatic Experiencing® for trauma therapy. As a contemporary dance professional and dynamic, experienced yoga teacher, he draws on his extensive knowledge to offer a profound practice that will help you discover the deepest layers of your body.

Oṁ Saha nāvavatu
Saha nau bhunaktu
Saha vīryam karavāvahai
Tejasvi nāvadhītamastu
Mā vidviṣāvaha
Oṁ Shāntiḥ, Shāntiḥ, Shāntiḥ,
Om, May we all be protected
May we all be nourished
May we work together with great energy
May our intellect be sharpened (may our study be effective)
Let there be no animosity amongst us
Om, peace, peace, peace
